Mobile Notary Services are available, by appointment, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We will travel to your home or office anywhere in San Mateo County, or to San Francisco International Airport (SFO).


We will also travel to any of the Municipal Libraries in the area. Click on the Libraries button for a list of libraries in the county, and map links to help you find them.

Appointments made at the San Bruno library have NO travel fee.
The travel fee for all other library appointments is fixed at $10.

Why would I need a Notary?
Certain documents require legal verification of signature. Some documents require that you swear or affirm that the contents are true and accurate.
 
How do I identify myself to a Notary?
All identification must contain a photo, physical description, signature and serial number. Your signature needs to reasonably match the identification provided. Valid identification would be a current Drivers License or State ID Card. An unexpired U.S. Passport. A U.S. Military ID if issued in the last 5 years.
 
When do I sign the documents?
Only in the presence of the Notary, after your identification has been verified.
 
Are there any documents that can't be notarized?
We are NOT allowed to notarize incomplete documents, pre-signed documents, or copies of Birth, Death and Marriage records.
